Personal Health Coach
will meet with you by phone to set up your program and then, each month, work with you toward your goals. You will have e-mail and 800-number access to your consultant.

small and large group sessions via teleconferencing and web-based seminars

The cost of participation varies, depending on which program option you choose and whether or not you participate in any other Christian Care Ministry program. Please contact a representative at (800) 264-2562 for more specifics.

It depends. If you have already been diagnosed with heart disease, type 2 diabetes, or any other disease that can be impacted by lifestyle change, Conquering Disease would be the program for you.

If you are looking to prevent or reduce your risk for major disease, our Disease Prevention program would be the best option.

Lastly, the Health Partnership program is for Medi-Share participants who have demonstrated specified health-risk factors and are required to participate in the Health Partnership program in order to continue their Medi-Share participation.
