Since 1993, the employees of Christian Care Ministry have been committed to serving the Lord and our membership with excellence.
Through Medi-Share and the other programs offered by CCM, including Manna, Restore, and Healthy Church, each member of our team knows they are making a difference in the lives of their fellow Christians.

Employees contribute to a positive and productive work environment, through contributing innovative ideas; referring candidates for employment; taking advantage of opportunities for skill and knowledge development and personal growth. The organization provides incentives and rewards for their contributions. Team members have an opportunity to achieve personal health-related goals through working with their own personal health coach from the Health Initiatives Department.
CCM community is promoted through Wednesday morning chapel—a time of education, praise and worship. Regular prayer is encouraged throughout the remainder of the day, to individually pray for CCM leadership and staff, our Members, and various concerns impacting the Ministry. Community is also promoted through an annual picnic, talent show, Christmas luncheon and various rewards for achieving personal wellness and/or job-related goals.
