Robert Baldwin, President
Robert has more than 17 years experience in leading, managing, and growing organizations. He has developed an expertise in organizational and financial management through senior management roles held in both for-profit and not-for-profit entities. Prior to joining Christian Care Ministry in 2004, Robert held executive positions at Intersil Corporation, a $600 million semiconductor company, and in several large banks. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Crummer School at Rollins College. Robert became a Christian in1991 after attending an outreach event hosted by Campus Crusade for Christ. He and his wife, Valerie, have three children.
Larry Guyette, Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations
Larry has a long history of operational management in the private sector. Most recently, he served as President of a custom home builder, where he was instrumental in significantly increasing sales and efficiency. His experience also includes an emphasis on consulting and training, specifically in the areas of operations and finance. He holds a Masters and Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
Tony Meggs, Executive Vice President of Ministry Development
Tony has more than two decades of experience helping businesses grow profitably. He is experienced in building and managing strategic marketing programs within the for-profit and not-for-profit marketplace that yield the highest returns on marketing. Tony owned and managed Caleb Incorporated, a sales and marketing consultancy, as well as served as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for PRC, Incorporated. In these roles, Tony developed and implemented innovative business practices that help large multi-national companies engage and acquire new customers within their small business and mid-market segments. Tony has built and managed business development programs notables such as American Express, Microsoft, Prudential, Fidelity, Hewlett Packard, GE and many others.
