Restore Program Options
Conquering Disease is a program for individuals with an already diagnosed disease such as heart disease or type 2 diabetes, or any other disease that can be impacted by lifestyle change.
Disease Prevention is a program for individuals who desire to reduce or eliminate risk factors for major disease, including obesity, large waist circumference and elevated blood pressure, blood glucose, HbA1c, cholesterol or triglycerides.
Health Partnership is a program for designated Medi-Share participants who have demonstrated specified health-risk factors and are required to participate in the Health Partnership program in order to continue their Medi-Share participation.
