- Choose your portion: The Annual Household Portion (AHP) is the dollar amount a household pays toward their eligible medical bills during a 12-month period before their bills can be published for sharing.
- Find your share monthly amount: The share amount is the total of the monthly share contribution, including the administrative portion. The healthy monthly share is for members who meet certain health standards. You cannot apply for the Health Incentive discount until after you become a member.

Medi-Share applicants pay a one-time, non-refundable $50 application fee. New members pay a one-time $120 member fee that is paid with the first monthly share payment (does not apply to Senior Assist members). There is also a one-time ACCU fee of $5 for setting up your sharing account.
Share Amount Details
The Standard Monthly Share Amount includes the Administrative Portion which is the dollar amount of the monthly share that is transferred to CCM for the payment of its administrative expenses.
Annual Household Portion (AHP) is the dollar amount that a household must pay toward their eligible medical bills during a 12-month period before their bills can be published for sharing. Once the annual household portion level is met, 100% of eligible medical bills will be published for sharing. The $500 AHP does not include sharing of maternity.
