Your Health

• Take the Healthy Lifestyle Assessment (see Health Links in your Member Center) to see if you qualify for the Health Incentive Discount
• Learn more about being a Health Partner     

When You Need Medical Care

• Find an in-network provider for discounts-- select “Find a Provider.”
• For non-emergency care, consider using a telehealth provider-- select “See a Doctor Now.”
• Present your Medi-Share Member Card and pay provider fee at time of visit. $35 for doctor visits, $200 for emergency room visits.
