Quick 3 Bean Chili
1 can Vegetarian Chili
1 can Red Kidney beans, drained & rinsed
1 can Black beans, drained & rinsed
1 can Diced Tomatoes (no salt)
⅔ cup Vegan Burger Crumbles or re-hydrated TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein)
2 tablespoons Dry Minced Onions
1 teaspoon Beef Seasoning
1 teaspoon Cumin
Drain some of the Chili sauce and pour into saucepan.
Add kidney beans, black beans and tomatoes to the saucepan.
Stir in burger crumbles or TVP and seasonings. Cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, adding water or broth as needed for desired consistency.
