Sweet Breakfast Rice


1 cup Brown Rice, cooked

3 Dates, pitted

1/3 cup Water

3/4 whole Banana

2 Tbsp Flax Seed, ground


Heat the rice in a microwave until warm. Stir and set aside.

Place the dates and water in a blender and process briefly. Add the banana and process until smooth. 

Pour over the warmed rice and serve.
