Black Bean Mango Salad

Ingredients

Pinch of Chili Powder

1 clove Garlic, chopped

3 tablespoons fresh Lime juice

Pinch dried Oregano

½ cup Red Bell Pepper, diced

2 Green Onions, diced

¾ cup Corn

15 ounce can Black beans, drained & rinsed

1 Mango, diced

12 ounces Chicken breast, grilled

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and chill.

Serve on a bed of chopped dark green lettuce OR use as filling for a wrap.
