15 ounce can Garbanzo beans
1 tablespoon Tahini
¼ cup Lemon juice
1 Garlic clove, chopped
1 dash Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Parsley, chopped
Drain and rinse can of garbanzo beans.
Place in food processor or VitaMix, along with remaining ingredients, except parsley.
Process until smooth, adding water as necessary for ease in processing.
Spread on a platter, sprinkle with parsley (fresh is best).
