Brilliant Kale with Red Peppers
1/2 teaspoon Olive Oil
1 bunch Kale, rinsed, stems removed, and chopped
1 teaspoon Garlic, crushed
1/2 cup Onion, sliced
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1 teaspoon McKay’s Chicken Style seasoning (or any chicken style broth powder)
1 1/2 teaspoons Nutritional Yeast Flakes
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion and garlic, cook until translucent.
Add all remaining ingredients and stir to combine well. Cover until the kale wilts, approximately 5 minutes.
