Broccoli & Roasted Potatoes


4 large Potatoes, cut into wedges

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

1 clove Garlic, minced

Dash of Salt

Seasoned Pepper to taste

1 larged head Broccoli florets


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 

In a large bowl, toss together potatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and seasoned pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast (turning once or twice) in the oven until well browned, approximately 40 minutes.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and toss in the broccoli with the potatoes. Return the baking sheet to the oven and roast for 5 to 7 minutes, turning once.
