Broccoli With Soy Sesame Sauce

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Soy Sauce

1 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil

1 tablespoon fresh Ginger, grated 

1 clove Garlic, minced

1 large head Broccoli,chopped 

1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds, toasted

Preparation

In a large saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add broccoli and steam until tender. Set aside.

In a small saucepan combine soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and garlic. Cook over low heat until hot.

Pour sauce over the broccoli and toss gently to coat.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve hot.
