2 teaspoons Onion, minced
2 cups Corn Kernels, fresh or frozen (thawed)
2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
1 cup Non-dairy Milk
1 tablespoon Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
In a medium saucepan, cook onion in a small amount of water until translucent, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add corn and continue stirring and cooking for another 2 to 3 minutes.
Sprinkle in flour and stir until combined. Add milk and sugar. Continue over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Add Salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
