Date Nut Balls

Ingredients

2 ounces raw Sunflower Seeds, ground 

3 ounces Almonds, ground (blanched is recommended)

8 ounces raw Cashews, ground 

3 ounces Walnuts, ground 

1 tablespoon Flax Seeds, ground 

10 ounces soft Date/Coconut rolls, or soft Dates, pitted

Preparation

The mix should be 3 parts nuts/seeds to 2 parts dates.

Blend the nuts to a powder and set aside. Then blend the dates into a paste.

Mix the dates and nuts together and form into balls the size of a quarter.

Variation: For Cinnamon Flavor – Add 1 tablespoon of raw carob powder and 2 tablespoons of cinnamon to the mix.
