1-2 cups frozen Fruit (mixed or Berry Blends, Strawberries, Peaches, Blueberries, etc.)
1-2 tablespoons Flaxseed, ground (optional)
Place ingredients in a blender. Add enough water to achieve the desired consistency.
You can also increase the nutrient density of a smoothie by adding frozen spinach. Try a 50/50 blend of frozen fruit to frozen or fresh spinach.
