Garlic Sauteed Brussels Sprouts
1 pound fresh Brussels Sprouts
4 cloves Garlic – more to taste
Wash Brussels sprouts and cut in half. Spread the sprout out to “loosen” head and leaves.
Mince garlic cloves. Add garlic to large sauté pan or wok. Cook with a small amount of water for 1 minute over medium high heat.
Add prepared Brussels sprouts and sauté until tender. Add more water as needed. Brussels sprouts will brighten as they tenderize.
