Instant Pot Split Pea Soup


5 cups Water

3 small Potatoes, diced

1 cup Split Peas

½ cup Canellini Beans, dried

3 Bay Leaves

½ teaspoon Liquid Smoke

½ cup Nutritional Yeast, or to taste

Salt and Pepper, to taste


Place water, diced potatoes, peas, beans, bay leaves, and liquid smoke in Instant Pot. Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes.

Let the pressure release naturally.

Stir in nutritional yeast. Taste and add salt and pepper as desired.
