1 ripe Banana, frozen
1 cup Pineapple chunks, frozen
⅓-½ cup Pineapple or Tropical blend juice (100% fruit juice is best)
¼ cup Coconut, grated
¼ cup Nuts of choice, chopped
Place banana, pineapple, and ⅓ cup juice in blender and blend until smooth and consistency is like ice cream, adding more juice as needed.
May be eaten immediately or pour into a freezer safe container and chill for 4-6 hours for a firmer texture.
Scoop into bowls and top with grated coconut and nuts.
Variation: Any frozen fruit and juice combination may be used with the bananas
