Tomato Potato Soup


4 cups Vegetable Broth
3 cups Potatoes, finely diced
½ cup Onion, minced
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced 
2 cloves Garlic, minced
5 Roma Tomatoes, chopped
2 cups fresh Spinach, chopped
1 cup Lima beans, frozen (optional)
