How Do I Join?
Simply fill out the online Application and or download the Application and send it to Medi-Share, P.O. Box 120099, West Melbourne, FL 32912-0099, along with your $50 application fee.

Once your Medical Questionnaire is received, the application process is underway. During this time, we may have more questions for you or request additional information---the processing time is dependent on how quickly this information is received. Once approved, there is a one-time member fee of $120, as well as a one-time $5 fee for setting up your ACCU account, payable with your first monthly share payment. The one-time $120 member fee is waived for Senior Assist members.
4. Open Your Personal Sharing Account
Once you’ve been approved for membership, you will need to set up your Personal Sharing Account with our partner, America's Christian Credit Union (ACCU). It’s a simple process we’ve created to ensure that every sharing transaction is done with utmost transparency, integrity and security.
