HOW DO I JOIN?

1. Apply
Fill out the online Application or call (800) 772-5623 and a representative will take your application over the phone. You must read and understand the Guidelines before applying. There is a one-time $50 application fee paid at the time of application.

2. Complete Forms
You will be contacted by email to complete application forms, including a health history questionnaire, using our Online Forms Center.

Once in the Forms Center, you will also be asked to complete the Testimony & Commitment form, which includes the Statement of Faith and lifestyle commitments. 

All of the information you provide is confidential and will be available only to Christian Care Ministry.

3. Approval Process
The processing time is dependent on how quickly the information requested is submitted.

4. Open Your Personal Sharing Account
Once approved for membership, you will be asked to set up your Personal Sharing Account with our financial partner, America's Christian Credit Union (ACCU). Once approved, there is a one-time member fee of $120, as well as a one-time $5 fee for setting up your ACCU account, payable with your first monthly share payment.

A monthly fee of $5.00 is paid to ACCU for the maintenance of the individual sharing account. You can save $3.00 per month on this fee by signing up for electronic statements from ACCU at www.AmericasChristianCU.com.
