HOW DO I JOIN?
Fill out the online Application or call (800) 772-5623 and a representative will take your application over the phone. You must read and understand the Guidelines before applying. There is a one-time $50 application fee paid at the time of application.
2. Complete Forms
You will be contacted by email to complete application forms, including a health history questionnaire, using our Online Forms Center.
All of the information you provide is confidential and will be available only to Christian Care Ministry.
3. Approval Process
The processing time is dependent on how quickly the information requested is submitted. Once approved, there is a one-time $120 new member fee payable with your first month's share payment.
4. Open Your Personal Sharing Account
Once your online forms are completed, you will be asked to set up your Personal Sharing Account with our financial partner, America's Christian Credit Union (ACCU).
There is a $5 one-time membership fee for setting up your ACCU account, payable with your first monthly share payment. There is also a $2.00 monthly administrative fee and an additional $3.00 monthly paper statement fee if you choose to not sign up for electronic statements.
