Health Incentive
What is the health incentive?
It is a monthly share reduction of up to 20% for Medi-Share 2.0 participants who meet certain health criteria. We are excited to reward those who understand the importance of maintaining a healthy temple by living a healthy lifestyle.
How do I know if I qualify?
To qualify for this incentive, a Medi-Share 2.0 participant must meet specified health criteria, using the chart below, on an annual basis, including HbA1c level, BMI and weight/waist measurement. These tests must be conducted within 90 days of each other and participants must obtain, at their expense, certified testing to document their results and annually thereafter to qualify.
