First, find your Annual Household Portion, the dollar amount a household pays toward their eligible medical bills during a 12-month period before their bills can be published for sharing. Then, find your share monthly amount, the total of the monthly share contribution, including the administrative portion. The healthy monthly share is for members who meet certain health standards. You cannot apply for the Health Incentive discount until after you become a member.

The Medi-Share share amounts are based on the number of people who will be participating--either one, two, or a family of three or more. The share amounts also vary depending on the age of the oldest applicant.
