65-70 years old: $70 per month
71-75 years old: $85 per month
76 or older:        $95 per month

The Monthly Share amount includes the monthly share contribution toward medical bills and administrative fee. A separate fee of $2.00 for the maintenance of the individual sharing account will also appear on the monthly share notice. If a member chooses to receive a paper statement, there will be an additional $1.00 added each month.
